We endeavour to ensure all product information, including price and estimated lead time, has been correctly entered into the system but we cannot guarantee this at the exact point in time of your order. Please note that some of our products are handmade and are produced in small batches. We cannot guarantee that subsequent orders of the same product will exactly match any prior order(s). Order Confirmation Your order is accepted when we send you an e-mail confirming your purchase. Ownership of the goods will pass to you when we have received payment in full and the funds have been cleared. Payment Security All payments are made via Paypal. Prices The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery. All prices include VAT, unless they are specifically exempt under HM Revenue and Customs. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Packaging We use our best efforts to ensure packaging materials, including gift wrapping, are eco-friendly and kept to a minimum without compromising the protection of your order. Delivery Most of our orders are dispatched from us directly to you. We will usually wait for all items to be in stock before sending your order to keep packaging and delivery miles to a minimum. In the event there are unexpected delays we will contact you. Standard delivery orders will be dispatched within five working days, in most cases sooner. However please allow an additional 2 days for any unforeseen delays. Delivery charges are based on the weight and size of your order. Delivery charges will automatically be calculated and applied when you place your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery details given are correct. Please note we cannot deliver to a post box number, or hotel and accommodation addresses. You will be required to sign for your order in person or arrange for someone to take delivery on your behalf. If there is no one to take deliver of your order you may have to collect it from a central mailing depot. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Privacy Policy Eco-motives holds information about its customers to enable us to process and delivery your order to you. We will not disclose any personal data to third parties unless it is necessary to arrange delivery of your order. Information you supply to use through our website may be automatically collected through “cookies”. These files are used to keep track of your order and they enable us to recognise repeat users of our site. We may monitor customer traffic and use this information to make customer friendly improvements to the site. Limitation of Liability Our total liability will be limited to the price of any goods ordered under that contract. We will not be responsible in any event for any losses or damages unless they have arisen directly from our fault or negligence.
